@Meddler, I know you aren't planning to adjust Morde, but PLEASE consider this QOL Change!

PLEASE allow his Q to have a slightly longer time to proc his next Q.

As it stands now, his Q has such a small window to initiate a follow up. Since he has such low starting BMS (325) By the time your even able to follow up the next hit your proc is gone. Even if your cc'd for more than a second, your going to have a hard time following up the procs. Feels like your fighting to burst your opponent down, rather than just keeping up the dps pressure.

I think just adjusting the time so his next Q has another second buffer will be more than enough to help him maintain his sustained DPS play style.

Or we can calculate the shield gain before armor/mr... Maybe even give him a base amount of shield... Without mobility or CC he is quite horrible when behind already :p summoner 31

That's not a qol buff. That's just a buff. Don't play him so don't know if it's warranted so not arguing that. Ie Not being able to exhaust minions was a qol buff Adding range or duration to exhaust is just a buff.
