Rengar is mis-playing. Having a huge power-spike at level 6 doesn’t mean that he can’t gank before then: Illaoi is harassing Nasus under his tower.
He could literally walk up river, take down her tentacles, and walk toward her. Without her tentacles, Illaoi has no sustain or crowd control and would have to run back, flashing Rengar’s bola.

Idk why people say Illaoi is good vs Nasus. I have literally never lost vs Illaoi as Nasus and her tentacles give you free stacks. If you dodge her e she can't poke you and you can free farm and stack her tentacles for an easy 400+ stacks at 20 minutes. If anything, Nasus counters Illaoi lol he fucking shits on her.
Illaoi countering Nasus is 100% false and yet people try to argue otherwise. I have played the matchup countless times from both sides, and Illaoi is one of the worst champs to pick against Nasus.
Illaoi E is just op.
