Funny, but not as accurate in Season 8 as in past seasons. In the past there were a few ways you could stall out games so it wasn't as big of a problem losing lane as it is now. Losing lane in Season 8 just means you have to rely on your team, and if your Jungler doesn't help.. well the game might actually be over for that player. If someone else won lane on the team, they might be able to salvage something but players who lose lane are just done for without any help from the Jungle.
