At least the ludo-narrative dissonance will never be as bad as Thresh's, who is an evil spirit hell bent and take pride in being evil and killing others to torture their souls forever and is somehow a support champ in the game. At least Pyke gives their allies a "cut" to signify the relationship with his teammates, Thresh is kinda just there doing benevolent act when he is a sadistic psychotic loner in the lore.

I've added Pyke to my list of reasons to quit.

Sometimes I fantasize about a League of Legends II that has less than 100 champions, abilities that can be understood without a PhD, and that doesn't undergo massive visual or mechanical reworks every five minutes.

And, you know, lore that makes sense (even though I never read it).
