Why Draven needs buffs with the shit state of ADCs

Surrounding the despair of draven enthusiasts and one-tricks is the call for arms for a buff to draven.

Because the state of the game has made draven lose his identity as a lane bully champion who can completely take over the game when fed or when even or behind function as any old adc or even completely useless. This is because draven lacks the kite power that meta adc have (vayne, ezreal xayah, etc..) Of course, the trade off would be an adc with crazy high damage at the expense of kite or escape presence, kogmaw or jhin for example. What's a complete shame for draven is that they nerfed him despite not really having a passive, sure he gets gold when you cash in, but the relic shields, culls, kleptomancy and unreliablity of his passive renders draven a hit or miss, now hes just a barely make it or be useless. It's almost as if someone Riot employee was playing solo q in a silver game and got first blooded on or got tilted so he decided to ban tyler1 and erase draven from a healthy plane of existence.

With ADC's now out damaging and out performing draven in the early such as ezreal and vayne, draven's purpose is now completely lost. These champions are supposed to be scaling champions and thats what allows dravens his identity, the presence of weakling adc that, if play poorly in lane, will get devoured by draven lavish maneuvers and immense ego. The high-risk high-reward that comes with draven is now gone because of all the items and runes that allow an adc with weak early game to outperform draven in every way.

The solution? Delete ezreal vayne xayah mf relic shield cull fleet footwork klepto and give draven fervor of battle back. revert the dd nerfs and give his axes the old passive back. Also bring back sword of the occult A simple flat ad or perhaps ad ratio buff could do nicely.
