Testicle injury or missing testicles is a serious condition. Once you receive proper treatment please return to league of legends and realize sometimes you don't have a perfect early game but can still pretty easily win a decent percentage of games. Thank you.

Had a toplaner Olaf yesterday against a Tryndamere. I was jungle. I secured 1st 2 fire drake and rift herald, and I successfully gank botlane and midlane to put mid and bot ahead. Meanwhile Olaf goes 0/10/0 and proceeds to flame me and go "gg jungle useless".
Later on also proceeds to say "wanna see what true intentional feeding is?" And starts running down mid.
Is that a macho comment?
