Based on your match history, you're definitely an ADC main.
It's hard to know without getting the chance to watch your matches, .. but most of the time, when I see ADCs die excessively it is because they tend to play too far forward without vision.
From the few matches I peeked at, your vision doesn't look terrible, but you could probably pick it up some. .. As could I, so try not to take this as too critical.
One thing I notice though is you stick with the yellow trinket ward throughout your matches.
At level 9, you might want to go ahead and swap to the blue ward (farsight alteration 
)
If you are clearing a side wave and you notice that any of your enemies are not showing on your mini map, place your farsight ward in a choke point. ... If you don't see any of your enemies, ... RUN!
As for earlier, .. again, I'm just speaking from the issues I normally see, .. there a pretty thin line between under-aggression and over-aggression for an ADC unless you have a support with good peel.
If you're in solo que, it's really hard to rely on a support that you don't know, so you really need to just assume they suck.
You really can't do anything about dives other than improving your vision, which we talked about, buy a lot of potions and / or don't ever drop below half health without backing.
As for players that tell you to "stop dying" .... mute them. Problem solved.
