This ended up being way easier than I expected.. Some smart guy came through and blasted it apart.

Next time will be much, much more difficult.

SOLUTION:

A ceasar cypher is a way to encrypt data by shifting the letters of the alphabet by a certain number of iterations. Counting the words in the clue "Me and Ceasar have one thing in common" gives you the number 8.

If you shift the letters in the block quote down by 8, you get

twenty-two-foxtrot-foxtrot-alpha-foxtrot

22ffaf

Which is the hex code for a certain color.

Everything you need to solve it is there. I will get you the skin when you can tell me my favorite color! :) This is a relatively easy one, but If it goes well, and someone gets it, I will do this weekly, gradually making them a bit harder.

Uh.. I don't even know where to start. I counted the dashes between the numbers and tried to use them to unscramble the block quote. But there's not enough vowels for that... Puzzles aren't my thing, so I'll leave it to someone else.:)

This is really cool to do on boards though I hope you post the solution when someone gets it!
