Petition to rename the "Rotating Game Mode"

Rotating implies that once a mode has run it's course, another will take it's place, but obviously this is not the case.

I propose we call it the "Periodically Appearing and Disappearing Distraction for Intriguing New Gamers" or "PADDING" for short.
