please nerf rageblade

Twitch should not be able to do well with rageblade, I build rageblade as my third item, that was the turning point of the game. if that is not enough of a reason i asked my sona to build it as well and it turned fights for her.

Well your team comp is better late game and aside that twitch works well with any scaling adc item and considering rageblade is THE scaling item.

Uh. The item is just doing its job, who says an item doesn't work on a certain champion? Hell, I'd play Riven support if I felt like it
