Champion Concept: Assassin.exe

For all of those who thought assassins were bad before, think again. As the raw embodiment of assassins is making its way onto summoners rift. Behold Assassin.exe.

Passive:Burst Damij After being out of combat for 10 seconds deal 50-150+(100% ability power)+(100% attack damage) on next q or r. You will also automatically have a stormrazor at the start of the game.

q:On click Dash Dash to a target enemy dealing 100/200/300/400/500+(75% ability power)+(75% attack damage) damage. If this kills an enemy the cooldown is automatically refreshed. If an enemy is isolated they take 200% damage from this ability. range:900 cooldown:10/8/6/4/2

w:BS heal Heal 30/40/50/60/100% of your missing health. When you kill an enemy the cooldown of BS heal is refreshed. cooldown:15/14/13/11/8.5

e:BS Stealth Blink to a target location and become invisible for the next 3 seconds. If you kill an enemy the cooldown on this ability is refreshed. blink range:1000 cooldown: 10/9/8/6/5

R:Error 404 ADC not found Instantly teleport to an enemy champion. This will deal 400/500/600+(150% Ability power)+(100% attack damage)+(every time Ryze gets rework and Graves doesn't get nerfed) damage. range:global cooldown: 20/15/10
