I drew a Vel'koz skin concept for 32 RP

Here's the blurb I wrote for support that explains it in a bit more detail!

"Hello! Attached you will find my skin concept for what I like to call "Pride Vel'koz!"

As a gay League player, I often find myself disappointed with the lack of LGBT representation within the roster. About 140 champs and not even a single gay? Outrageous!

To rectify that, I offer my solution: a pride skin line! "Pride" skins would be rainbow and silver themed and new ones would be released yearly in June, the month of pride and the month that my gay powers are strongest.

Should the new champion teams decide not to ever release a character that is explicitly stated to be LGBT+, I hope the skin team will consider my very serious, very well designed, and very well thought out skin line. To help start the process, you will find attached my concept for Pride Vel'koz! While I personally am not sure of Vel'koz's sexuality, let's be honest. You and me both know he would look great with rainbow tentacles.

If my propositions of an LGBT champion or the "Pride" skin line are not met with results on my desk by next week, I would instead like 32 RP so that I can purchase Vel'koz while he is on sale this week.
