If they are clueless, flaming will not make them play worse.. or better. So if you can stay out of it, it is healthier for you.

I mean yeah. If you flame enemies, then they will play worse. They'll tilt. If you call them out on babysitting your lane, your enemy will try more to kill you 1v1 to prove himself. If you keep making fun of them for hugging tower, they will most likely try to be more agressive, etc.

Flame, even when it comes from an enemy is tilting. Spamming your emote is tilting for many players as well.

I have never seen the benefit of even enabling all chat and usually mute my team and move the chat box off the screen.

So flame away.

I have never seen chat used for anything positive ever, not sure why it is even in the game.

Oh yeah, chat is there to get you banned when you have had enough of the trolls and assholes and decide to let them know how you feel.
