You don't, it's really honestly rigged rng monthly thing. 2 whole months for a all of a sudden a few players got their honor lvl 3 within the same 2 day span?
5 teamsmates but only 5 honor. per match with a lot of players hitting no for no honor,
the old honor system was better at giving you the ribbon than this.
