Dashy Boi is an assassin who takes incredible skill and spamming in order to play correctly.

Passive: Unlimited Power! .Dashy Boi has no ability costs

. Every champion kill grants Dashy Boi 20 bonus attack damage

.Every large minion or monster kill grants Dashy Boi 10 bonus attack damage

. Every minion kill grants Dashy Boi 1 bonus attack damage

Q: Slicey Dash Dashy Boi dashes, executing enemies in his path who are under 150/250/350/450/550+(500% bonus attack damage) health. If enemies are not under this threshold they will take the same value as damage. If this kills an enemy the cooldown is reset. range: 750 cooldown: 5/4.5/4/3.5/3

W: Can't See me Dashy Boi becomes invisible and untargetable, even turrets cannot see him. While under the effect of this ability he gains 50/75/100/125/150% bonus movement speed. This ability is a toggle.

E: Assassin's Determination

Passive: Every time Dashy Boi kills a minion he heals himself for 10% of his missing health

Every time Dashy Boi kills a large minion or monster he heals himself for 35% of his missing health

Every time Dashy Boi kills a Champion he heals himself for 100% of his missing health

R: U Dead Dashy Boi blinks to an enemy champion and kills them. This is reset upon killing an enemy champion. Range: 1000

Eh, doesn't have any CC, can't really see him being viable.

Add an active component to the E on top of the triple passive that goes,

"E active: Overpower

Dashy Boi can activate this ability to do a dash in a desired direction and end with a circular attack, dealing mixed damage scaling off both AD and AP together with %HP damage, of all enemies hit and leech for the same amount, and slows all units hit by the ability. Also, each unit hit is count as a separate instance of single target attack, and not counted as an AoE. And if Dashy Boi initiates this attack from stealth, it also knocks up all affected units before slowing them instead. This ability can be cast 2 extra times after the initial cast before going into cooldown, and resets on takedown. Cooldown: 3/2.5/2/1.5/1"

then it'd fit right in as a CertainlyT, or at least a CertainlyT-""inspired"" champion.
