OP you have successfully triggered just about every Ashe player that sees this post.
The reason is that stormrazor, this golden key item for nearly every other marksman out there and their fount of great power......doesnt really do anything for ashe, she cant crit so the entire guaranteed crit passive is literally completely useless unless you get a static shiv.
And this is a large part of why Ashe currently struggles, trying to get items that cost 3,2 k gold or more while the enemy only needs 2,8 for their first fat powerspike makes laning hella hard.
It makes the mid/lategame part weaker because no early crits due to needing botrk first to even survive.
So poking the stormrazor issue for Ashe is like pouring salt on someone´s wounds......really not nice :(

The ironic part about this:
Swords and daggers - improve the speed and damage of a Bow (Ash) or a machine-gun (Jinx).
Ashe has ice arrows.
