Even if he got a skin, who's going to buy it? Will that money cover even a fraction of the resources and time Riot puts into it? Will it help them pay their bills and employees adequately?
I know this is a meme, but on a serious note he's currently one of the strongest midlaners.
Yes, he has to resort to RoA first item to get some HP now instead of the GLP (which, by the way, is getting buffed next patch), but he greatly benefits from the new Spellbinder and Twin Shadows, both providing AP and movement speed for a relatively low cost with great actives, on top of the new Morellonomicon actually now being good on him (providing HP and pent), not to mention the Rylai buffs (now being a full item that is cost-efficient stat wise without considering passives/actives, which is pretty rare).
I even suspect nerfs when people realize how strong he is.
Why exactly does he need balance love?
