Dominion Going Away?

Did i miss the part where Dominion was getting removed? i mean, i know its aweful, but i thought we were gonna make it something great, something Shurima worthy in greatness, but now i see all these posts about it disappearing :s

Teambuilder and now this riot come on this is really making you look like EA and Bungie right now id hate that. god damn it riot im losing hope in you deep down i wish you guys will go back to being with the game instead of forcing change and actually come talk to the community and not the Q&A crap where your selective on the questions you answer.
