Sadly I cant do that in ranked. :/
League of Legends is about which side makes the least mistakes, even if the people on that team are not directly responsible in making that mistake. That mistake includes bad internet connection. Or in my case my stepdad being dumb and overloading the curcuit breaker by putting the vacuum on the same outlet as the TVs, PS3, Two gaming computers and the router. I just need to be put signs on those outlets that they are off limits.
I know I am going to get a billion downvotes for this, but sadly that is the truth. >.<
