New Veigar W cooldown
Guys, that new Weigar W is going to be so broken. At 500 stacks the CD will be 0.1sec... Please Riot nerf this so we don't have to instant ban Veigar :)

You're not calculating it right, the cd on veigar with 500 stacks would be 1.53s, still OP anyway.

Nope. It's 10% of what's left each time. So you won't ever be to have this cd on a typical game.
No. 0.1 sec is like 5000 Stacks, not 500. Its multiplicative (I think that's the word) so it goes 100%, 90%, 81%, etc
Just tested it. It has diminishing returns (that's why it says multiplicative in the notes). It took 2000 stacks of his passive to reach 99% CDR.
