I have a serious medical question

Does using chat in game lead to an increased risk of brain damage? Because I find myself losing brain cells when using chat. I asked Google but it told me my symptoms were probably related to an ultra rare cancerous condition and to see a doctor right away. Just like that time I got bit by a mosquito and Google told me I had a 100% chance of contracting a fatal disease. :/

My fingers used to go numb in cold conditions ( not like normal my hands are cold so they are frozen I'd literally lose all feeling ) and a Dr. told me I had blood cancer.....but here I am still alive...
