Idk, i just came up with this randomly but i thought it would be a fun game mode where every champion would have only Mundo's Q and it having like double range and one hitting everyone, or like 50% hp. Not sure how itemization would work for this but its an idea i think would be pretty fun to play out.
Items could be all CDR like 5-15 percent, but they all give damage reduction, maybe there could be items that make cleavers faster, but make your move speed slower, or the other way around.
I would love to have something like this, but it is a game of dodgeball.

I like the 50%... So you get hit, slowed and the second hit that's much harder to dodge is fatal... Items could increase range , cdr, hp regen, maybe allow you to survive the second hit barely... Extra slow...
I see no difference between this and the current meta.
