Riot's balance team needs to be better and here are some suggestions
Yasuo
- Windwall lasts for as long as he is in combat
- Windwall can be cast again if he is attacked in combat to reposition
Zed
- Needs R damage buffed to 65%
- Q can crit with 300% CD ratios
Karthus
- Ultimate does 50% of target's missing health
- E grants 75% magic penetration
Shaco
- Stealth lasts 15 seconds and gives 300% movement speed bonus
- Backstab grants 500% AS ratio and 300% total AD ratio
Riven
- Auto-attacks are easier and faster to weave between animations
- E is now at a 0.5 second cooldown at max rank and 45% CDR
- E grants 80% tenacity and invulnerability to CC during its cast window
Vayne
- W deals 15% Max HP True damage with 10(+50% of Bonus AD)% bonus true damage
- R grants 10% of target's max health upon death permanently stacking
- Movement speed increased by 70% during Night Hunter
Veigar
- Q mana cost lowered to 10 at all ranks
- R does 50% of target's missing health
- Every 50 stacks of Evil grant Veigar 10% magic penetration
- R grants Veigar 45% magic penetration after killing a target
Rengar
- Leap increased to 1000 range
- Detection radius decreased to 500 range
Ultimate cannot be revealed by control wards or stopped[Whoops, Rito did that already! Teehee~]- Ignore the enemy's armor when you are in stealth and unseen before attacking
Any other suggestions?
I think these changes will make the game fun and engaging while also giving the option to try out other champions.
