for once i decided to go top... and go garen......
then i see jayce/teemo with tp in the loading screen but i still win anyways

If you've got the Jayce/Teemo matchups handled just wait until you face Gnar, it's an absolute cakewalk.

People underestimate Garen. Early game if he gets on you, he will destroy you.
Its the Jayce / Teemo players that know how to kite that you need to avoid.
In late game, I just build him as an AD glass cannon and just splitpush all day. I camp in a brush, act like Talon, and kill them before the 2.5 second silence wears off. They can't do anything lol.
I am in Bronze 5 though, but it works pretty good.
