Champs NA can't play.

I'd like to specify that this only applies to anything less than D1 NA. All of these champions should be disabled from ranked especially from NA players, because they're known for toxicity and feeding habits.

Rengar - oh you saw the 1 shots? You know you have to get fed for that to happen right? Kalista - unless you have mastery 7 ,5000 hours on her and a duo partner you better not even own this fucking champ

There's my list of champions that shouldn't be available to any NA player below diamond 1 in ranked. in norms I don't give a fuck people will feed anyways.
