Have your clone get ulted 5 times (can be different games)

Mitigate, heal, take, and deal to champs 30k in a single game.
Tap-out: Pop every vital for Grand Challenge within 1.5 seconds of popping the first one. (Hard)

Undisputed: Pop every vital for Grand Challenge on every member of the enemy team. (Hard)
(Added) Perfect form: Parry over 1000 damage with a single use of W. (Hard)
A promising garden: have 6 or more empowered plants at the same time.
Mimic mastery: win a game having damaged each enemy champion with mimicked(ult) version of each of her basic spells.
Control a ghost of each dragon and each enemy champion in a single game (difficult at best, impossible in this meta).
Get 15 consecutive dashes (e) with no more then 2 seconds between any dash.
Kill each champion with his ult that is completely devoured by the shark. (Annie, the yordles, etc. Doable over many games)
Chain reaction: set off his unstable explosion passive on each enemy champion in a single teamfight.
Super excited!: maintain Jinx's passive for 15 seconds. (This would be doable but hard as hell and probably require an ace and a turret or two)
Shove off: push aside four enemy champions with a single ult cast.
Get 4,444 quadrakills.

Not even close: Heal over 30k health in one game with Chronoshift. (Medium)
Escape master: Heal 1 million health with Chronoshift. (Doable over as many games as needed, time consuming but easy)
Perfect timing: Hit an enemy with 3 procs of passive, stun from W and Chronoshift all within .25 seconds of each other. (Hard)
I can't think of a name for this one: Pop 3 stacks of blight on 2 different enemies with a single use of Piercing Arrow.
Shadowed Ceremony
Land every ability (besides R) on every enemy champion in game utilizing the character and all shadows while killing at least 3
Double Down: Kill an enemy champion with a critical ricochet from Double Up.
Bullet Hell: Kill 3 champions with one cast of Bullet Time.
say "DEMACIA!!!" In all chat at least 7 times, with minimum interval of one minute
Trap all five enemy champions within a single bubble
