Leblanc, rework 100% legit

You see leblanc is a champion we love to hate because she's annoying and not strong at all, in fact one of the WORST champs ever designed who needs more buffs. See her passive?
You uuh...I don't know her passive. I think it's the 40% life makes a clone, it's not that good. And see that's where the problems start, vayne gets a jet engine moving towards enemies. Leblanc should have 60% increased damage to enemies within 500 units of her, to solidify her presence as a mid range melee tank burst mage dps support carry.
Her Q is a skillless skillshot that marks you to take minuscule damage from her next ability. I think it's like 5% of her ap plus a bad scale, it needs to be at LEAST 80-120% ap scaling up at rank 5. Also bring back the silence and make it slow you by 90%. This will make her Q more threatening. You should actively run away when marked because it's a mark, you shouldnt be allowed to fight back vs her because that's just not fair.
Her W is honestly almost perfect, a dash that does aoe damage and leaves a mark for her to teleport back to? I respect that, but how about we also give her a speed boost if she hits an enemy unit, as well as making her invisible for it's first 6 seconds after activating and if she reactivates it give her a shield just in case she got a little cocky with it and took some damage, because punishing players for taking risks is just a archaic mechanic that needs to be simplified.
Her E chains you and after you eventually run out of range and break it she has nothing. It should automatically slow you by 85% if it comes into contact with you, and heal her if she detonates it. Make the chain travel speed instant so it's at least possible to land, and increase it's range by a minimum of 1500 units so it's much harder to break. Make it a small aoe as well. I did say SMALL, you know nothing serious maybe veigar E size, so you babies don't cry it's op . ROFLMAORAWRXD
And her ult is just a clone that repeats her ability, it should instead make 5 clones and cast all of her abilities at random enemy champions doing 120% ap of that ability and also making the real leblanc untargetable until the clones are dead. When the clones hit 50% life they should dash away and make you chase them, so she'll FINALLY have something that not just lets her stay in team fights, but be a real threat instead of a bad burst mage that can barely kill a maokai with full build.
