How it really feels when your team wants to surrender at 15 since its teamkills of 2 vs 60...
..and then the 0/15/2 Mastery 7 Yasuo Bot says otherwise.

I do think the early surrender should be 4 votes and the 20 min surrender should be 3 votes
it is rare, but I hve had games turn around like crazy (both for me an the opponent).
So I think it is good as is.
