That's funny because when I saw tristana's "nerf" I had the same reaction : omg he didn't banned tristana and played against her
Playing top with tp is not fun. It's not fun being your teams bitch which force you to abandon your own gameplan every time they decide to start a stupid fight. Tp is part of the reason toplaners have to be bad because otherwise they impact botlane to hard with the teleports botlane.
