Warden's Watch

So here's a concept (which is a joke, spare me your downvotes). I was thinking today that Supports are kind of like the Night's Watch (GoT). We're needed, but we don't have the numbers, and it's not terribly appealing to join us: No inheretence, no glory, no women.

And then I realized that at least the Night's Watch has a benefit - it absolves you of your crimes. Hey Riot, why not allow people the ability to pay their debts to the community by only allowing them to Fill, with no chat function? Assuming this is only for Toxic players.

2 week ban? I tell you what, 1 week ban and 15 games of Fill only, chatless games and we'll call it even.
