CertainlyT's Wrath

As some of you may know, CertainlyT is a making another champ( this part is serious, After he made Zoe, Yas, and the controversial Akali rework). But this time he is mad that players hate his creations. So instead of giving us a chance, he is unleashing his wrath. This is one of his recent concepts taken from Riot's secret database.

Wrath: The vessel of anger

passive: Rage: If Akali, Yasuo, or Zoe is on ally team you will give them certain buffs.

Zoe: Q deals 35% increased damage

Akali: Shroud duration increased by 2.5 seconds.

Yasuo: HASAKI!!! Ultimate will has cast range of 2500 now and knocks up for an additional 0.5 seconds.

. Whenever you kill a champion or large monster you gain a stack of CertainlyT, each stack grants you and additional 30 true damage on every spell cast and auto attack

Q: Damage: Deal 80/110/140/170/200+(100% ability power)+(69% attack damage) damage in a line. range: 1000 cooldown:5/4/3/2/1

w: The ability many people despise(and some love) passive: Every time you get a kill CertainlyT will be on the dev team for an additional day. And this champion will remain without nerfs for 1 patch.

active: become invisible for 2 seconds, next basic attack will have a range of 8000 and deal true damage equal to 20/30/40/50/75% of an enemy's current health. cooldown: 1/0.9/0.8/0.7/0.01

e: Mobility Dash range:800 cooldown:5/4/3/2/1.5

r: THATS A LOTTA DAMAGE Deal damage equal to (165% ability power)+(130% attack damage)+(100% movement speed)+(100% max health) damage to enemies in a target area. range: 1000 area radius:500 cooldown:40/35/30
