Riot doesnt really suck, but after so long not changing damage or making tanks viable again its really hard to beleive that they are gonna do something different now.
Hell maybe they are gonna give zed shields each time he casts shadows.
Maybe vayne gets true invisibility time based on her true damage.
Maybe yasuo heals for projectiles blocked by windwall, and his e resets his sheild.
Maybe heircam gets warwick speed boost on low health enemys too.
Maybe an item called NIGHT PROWESS will give bonus percent health damage, as well as raising true damage by 50%.
Cant wait to see riot make decisions like these.
