RIOT vs Scripter's (Patch 9.7)

I am not really one of those delusional people calls for reports every game or blames other for scripting every 5th game. In fact i have reported for scripting only like 2-3 years ago.

BUT

Yesterday I had very suspicious opponent, albeit terrible player, who was pinging to his team mates in fog of war to show where me, jungler, is. I could say perhaps he has good prediction of my movement, but as i said, he was terrible player. Had to report for scripting. Seeing so many threads recently about scripting makes me to thing this old-non existing problem is actual does exist in these days.
