If you had to choose ONE useless super-ability for your next game...

Purple, play Braum :)

In order worst to best... Black (Literally you can't play the game.. The only think you can do is to splitpush.) Purple (shield are suppose to be a protection but making it like a handicap will only make shield useless). Green (Aurelion sol alredy as a similar thing but if you play mid lane which the bush inpact is less you can live with it). Blue (I don't know if I assume correctly but every time you die you earn money right? This will reward intentional feeding and post-death playstyle like sion or karthus). Red (this is just a stat check. It will only influence the KDA so it has no inpact into the game)

Red is "you aren't effected at all in game, but the boards mock you afterwards".

So... Duh?

Green. Just don't hide in bushes, ever. And don't buy Duskblade.

Go blue, join team singed. Feed to win.

Im pretty sure the blue pill comes free to all Yasuo and Riven mains.
