Rule #1. Don't chase Singed

Rule #2. Don't push lane without vision

Rule #3. If your teammate pinged MIA and you still died, it is automatically your fault unless any of the following conditions are met: -They pinged too late for you to react -They followed their enemy laner and didn't try to help in a way that would prevent unnecessary death/turret loss -The jungler was there and didn't try to help in a way that would prevent unnecessary death/turret loss

Rule #4. If you push without vision and get ganked for it, it is automatically your fault

Rule #5. Don't face check unless necessary and/or if you have a relatively easy avenue of escape

Rule #6. Acknowledge that certain champions (including, but not limited to, Nasus, Veigar, and Gangplank) don't need to get fed to murder your face

Rule #7. Don't chase every kill, especially if you could be doing something else that will be more productive, such as pushing lane or helping with an epic monster

Rule #8. If you have at least one inhibitor turret down, always keep one eye on your base and be prepared to back if you see someone pushing

Rule #9. Don't tunnel

Rule #10. Keep epic monster pits warded often

Rule #11. Soloing an epic monster early game is not a good idea most of the time

Rule #12. Unless you plan on baiting the enemy team, it's probably not a good idea to try to kill an epic monster if any of the following conditions are met: -You don't know where the enemy team is with the majority of them alive -You don't have vision with the majority of the enemy team alive -Your jungler isn't alive/with you and you don't have any reliable burst to finish it off the way smite would with any of the enemy team alive -You are too low -The majority of your team is against it; they most likely have pretty good reasons -The jungler is against it; they most likely know what they're talking about better than you do, with exceptions of course being if you play jungle relatively often or if none of the above conditions are met

Rule #13. Turrets are almost always top priority

Rule #14. Check if your teammate was low/oom or if you just picked a stupid fight before flaming them for not helping

Rule #15. You are not entitled to jungle camps

Rule #16. You are not entitled to ganks

Rule #17. You are always at the very least partially at fault for your low winrate

Rule #18. Pay attention to your team's comp before you ban

Rule #19a. Always double-check your runes, masteries, and summs in champ select

Rule #19b. Don't be afraid to call out somebody's summs if they don't look like what somebody would normally bring in that role

Rule #20. Spam mastery as often as possible

You forgot the most important rule:

Nothing is ever your fault, if anything goes wrong then the first thing you should do is look around for someone else to blame. Especially when there are important actions you could be taking instead. Just stop moving and start typing up a storm in chat.

Bonus: If no teammates are a viable choice, you can always just say "Thanks Obama."

This is not a serious comment, please don't take it seriously.

I disagree with rule #4, there are no exceptions for pushing up without vision.

No vision while you're at their turret is a terrible decision, which should not be made lightly without a reliable escape.
