This silly blitzcrank build is supposed to be a mix between tank/ap blitzcrank. I know this build probably is not great but i still like the idea. I know full ap blitzcrank is not great in high elos and tank blitz is better overall but i think hooking someone and blowing them up is funny. I'm looking for items that give a noticeable amount of damage while still having health/armor and utility.
The problem with that build is that it does not give any mana at all. His passive is completely based on mana, and not having any makes a good chunk of his kit pretty much useless.
If you are wanting a tankier yet damaging blitz.... 
Tanky, good mix of health and mana, works together with Blitz's kit with abyssal and his ulti. You will be popping anyone you grab thats squishy and if they ever get you low.... they will have another 1000-1500 shield to get through on top of him having about 2500-3000 hp.
Plus then 40% cdr, you are less effected by the self slow on W with swifties, and you are able to get out of fights as fast as you get into them pretty much.
I think I see where you were going with this idea. However, full AP Blitzcrank is more fun.
