i played him once tonight, hes not tanky, no damage, no power in lane....

I just played full assassin hecarim with the new runes (predator ) on pbe, i oneshotted 3 people in 3 passes at 1k movement speed. its mainly his absurd ganking potential with E that makes him so strong, and the sustain off his W in a teamfight is very powerful if you build tank. also he has an AOE fear and very good clear. i don't know what you're complaining about, but i'm sure that the new runes make him better than now at the very least.
Hah. I get it. It's in M&G because nobody actually thinks Hecarim needs buffs. :P
