Does he technically kneecap himself when he fires?

If we equipped him with the Kneecapper from Fallout would he be able to kneecap his enemies' kneecaps using his kneecappers with his Kneecapper?

I guess the point I'm trying to make is I'd like Riot to surgically implant shotguns into my knees. Pretty please.
