Day before New Runes Riot: Okay everybody, we are going to be releasing the new runes soon. We will need some time to make sure everything is working good and balanced properly (hens the Preseason release). Please try not to panic too much if something is too strong, okay?

i love how many times i come to forums and see the same questions about the new system. In the era where google has all the answers you mean to tell me you came on forums to ask why you arn't getting BE after every game?
