I don't think you've noticed, but this man is actually a wanted serial murderer.
He has killed dozens of young women in the Japanese town of Morioh over the last 15 years.
Every time he has done so, he has not left a single clue. No body, no weapon, nothing.
Some say he possesses an unnatural ability, that he can summon a spirit that stands next to him, a Stand, if you will, that turns everything it touches into a bomb.
