Cant you just do it yourself? There are two ways: keep at it and gain a ban, or just yell at the screen like I do instead of typing it out
Could you do this with the chat enabled?
That's not how it works. Now you're punishing your team for having one teammate who can't stop being toxic (at least in words) and now they have 20% less communication available.
