Is Galio the new Azir/Kalista?

Basically what happened to the trio:

1. They came out kinda strong, and Rito decides to buff em some more.
2. They got too strong, so Rito nerf em to the trash ground.
3. After a year or so, Rito decides to have another look at them and give a few tweaks.
4. Repeat from step 1
5. ???
6. Profit
