He casted Steel Tempest 2 times on invisible Teemos standing in front of him. The 3rd cast broke the door and knocked up 5 teemos in the air, Yasuo quickly used Last Breath and got a quadra kill. He used his e to dash out the room. PENTAKILL! The announcer said while spamming that sweet level 7 mastery that was obtained by smurfing in bronze 5. GGEZ
