For example teemo's q now removes enemy champions abilty to ward for the rest of the match.

I can do that by not even buffing his damage Teemo's W gives him passively 35% tenacity and removes all CC upon activation
Teemo's blind now permanently steals vision radius from enemy champions and increases his own, enabling him to have vision of the entire map while everyone else is blind.
His laugh plays globally
Whenever a champion steps on a mushroom all others mushrooms' hit radius is doubled till the end of the game. Stacks until the mushrooms' hit radius become global
