Yep, yep, and yep. ... I hope.
This would imply Nunu is in a good state.
News flash, he isn't. He's a terrible mess with a kit that is obsolete in the game today. The only time he's been notable was when he received buffs so over the top he was broken and subsequently hotfixed. His model is atrocious to boot. About the only thing decent is his VO, but even that is outdated. If anything, Nunu mains should be eagerly awaiting the day that their beloved yeti and boy will be viable.
That predator buff to run it down mid more faster made him so broken, his lose rate skyrocketed.

Im not sure if nunu kit is going to need a complete overhaul or just a better updated kit just like Warwick rework did but I do hope they changed his supportive jg design into something else
Reworked nunu will have a skillshot dash. An ability that makes you intangible for the outplay. And a dash that dashes to people who are using dashes when you aren't using dash.
And they are going to have to steal from Braum and Sejuani to give him an origin story.
