Never surrender

First I wanna say - NEVER give up on a game even if it looks very bad ! Look at this low elo game I just had.I didn't carry as mundo tho I did preform well with team effort we achieved victory even from behind in gold and objectives :) Second I wanna ask:Does any one know how I can import a recording of a match I had ? For example I can watch a game from profile - match history,but is there a way to see it as a video file or file in general ? I know there is record button that I can press and record the whole game but the file will be so big and the quality so low.So Is there a way ?
