easily the simplest fix, just give all melees +400 range, then the game's fixed

The best toplaners are mostly melee. I mostly play melees top, and i would say you are making us top laners look bad. You are making us look almost like marksmen mains whining they are replaced with 90+ % pickrate in their lane.
On a serious note, i like how the tooltip says its a dash, and how you cant ult while rooted. Yet, its not a dash, its a stretch...

Now Darius' Passive gives him True Damage and Missing Health damage, increased per blood stack. The Q is now a passive, first level in and he will spin like URF Garen dealing % max health damage, and his Q will not interrupt his other abilities. His E goes to 1250 units, and his W now stuns for 3 seconds instead of slowing. Oh oh, here is the best part, his Ult has no cooldown or cost, and is global. That should put him back into the meta and should put Ranged champions to shame.

I disagree with this sentiment though. Darius is a juggernaut, he's supposed to get beat by ranged XD and if he flashes, they either have to burn flash or die

The more important question is why are draven's weapons called axes when they are clearly far more sword than axe. It's like calling darius' weapon a spear. Also fix toplane yadda yadda nerf ranged all that.
