new runes are not very cool
can someone tell me if there is a chance for the new runes to not be released ? in my opinion i hate the new runes they are pretty overpowered ,they will change the game so hard.if a rioter can respond me please do it.

I'm not sure if you meant to post this in Memes and Games or not.
That's a very queer question to ask. They've been working on this for a very long time, intentionally delaying it to add caution to potential worst outcomes in order to bring the best out of what they intend to release. I doubt they'd ever willingly pull the plug on it.
That's the point of preseason, they'll have time to balance it out.
