Why there is no LEGO with league?

I went to LEGO yesterday and saw LEGO with theme of OVERWATCH, which makes me surprised and a little upset. why not riot consider to cooperate with LEGO? I am a toy fan but also a league crazy fan, it would be perfect if i can use LEGO to make turret， baron， even the whole summoner's rift![katarina-love]

Last time I went to the LEGO website there was an applet that let you virtually build something, and it would keep a tally of blocks and let you buy a custom lego set with exactly those bricks in it.

Riot is greedy, they wont pay licencing fees.
