Make them blast Legends Never Die at full volume whenever they flash mastery, regardless of you having sound on or not.

I love the idea! I wanna' see it just because it'd show just how dumb someone was playing. Instead of Thresh/Leona/Blitz 'MYSTERIOUSLY' acquiring a doublekill for what might be assumed to be a fair fight, instead that little tower icon'd be there, like the Darwin award of League.
